Hi, I'm Eerika, a Service & UX Designer based in Lausanne.
I didn't arrive at service design through a single discipline. My path began in industrial design, evolved through visual communication and eventually led me to service design: a combination that continues to shape how I approach problems today.

My background allows me to move between understanding people, structuring complex systems and communicating ideas visually. I enjoy exploring how research, strategy and design come together to create experiences that are both meaningful for people and valuable for organisations.

Studying at Aalto University strengthened my ability to think critically and approach design with intention, while international studies in Milan and Iceland broadened my perspective on collaboration, culture and creative problem-solving.
At Hellon, an international service design consultancy, I worked with multidisciplinary teams across different industries, helping organisations navigate complex challenges through research, workshops and visual storytelling. The experience taught me how to translate insights into clear concepts, facilitate conversations between different stakeholders and communicate ideas in ways that create alignment.

Today, I work across service design, UX research and visual communication, combining analytical thinking with visual craft to create thoughtful experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.

I'm now looking to join a team where I can contribute over the long term, collaborate closely with others and help shape meaningful products and services from insight to implementation.
