My Master's thesis at Aalto University explored emotional intelligence as a professional competency in service design consultancy. Beyond the research, I took full ownership of the publication design: layout, typography, original infographics and print production, resulting in an 89-page work published by Aalto University Library.

Customer-Centric Service Development Booklet for Business Finland. Business Finland needed a way to bring their service development methodology to life internally. The result was a branded booklet designed to make complex process thinking feel clear and useful for all stakeholders.
